6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. → Shōbu Aikijūjutsu (Teens & Adults) – 90 min
8:15 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. → Competition Team – 105 min
10:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. → Open Mat / Flex

 

TUESDAYS:

5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. → Adaptive Warriors (45 min, once/week)
6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. → Kids Martial Arts (45 min)
7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. → Shōbu Aikijūjutsu (Teens & Adults) – 90 min
9:05 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. → Competition Team

 

THURSDAYS:

6:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. → Kids Martial Arts (45 min)
7:15 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. → Shōbu Aikijūjutsu (Teens & Adults) – 90 min

FRIDAYS:

7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.ProtectHER – FREE Women’s Self-Defense – 60 min

8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. → Shōbu Aikijūjutsu (Teens & Adults) – 60 min

10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. → Kids Martial Arts (Optional 4th class)
11:00 a.m. – 11:45 p.m.→ Yoga – 45 min

12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.→ Yoga - 45 min
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.ProtectHER – FREE Women’s Self-Defense – 60 min
2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. → Open / Private Sessions
